Hotel Globo
The Globo Hotel opened its doors to its first guests in 2001, and has operated successfully ever since. Owing to the high quality of services which it offers daily, an excellent location, and its courteous and always smiling staff, which are at the guests’ disposal 24 hours a day, the Globo Hotel is the ideal choice for both business people and tourists.

Our hotel is situated close to the very heart of the Dalmatian capital Split. Over 1700 years of history make your visit to the city a unique experience. The centre of the town is like a living museum, where history and everyday life are mixed in a beautiful atmosphere.
As a guest at the Globo Hotel you have easy access to all the major sights in Split. The old town and the Diocletian Palace are just 10 minutes away on foot. The Archaeological Museum is also within walking distance. Other museums can be reached by bus route 8. The bus stop is only a few metres from the hotel.
There are plenty of cafes and several restaurants offering Mediterranean cuisine in the vicinity. Shopping options are likewise within walking distance of the Globo Hotel. We recommend either the old town or the Joker shopping centre, both easy to reach.
We can also recommend some good beaches to our guests. The slopes of the hill Marjan, called the “green lungs” of Split, hide a number of great beaches. The side facing the island of Brač has two very popular beaches: Kašuni and Kaštelet. On the other side of the peninsula there are numerous smaller beaches. A 15-20 minute walk from the hotel will take you to a sandy beach called Bačvice, however, be aware that this is normally the most crowded beach in Split.

Inside the Globo

The Globo Hotel offers 33 comfortable and modernly decorated rooms. All rooms are equipped with LCD flat panel TVs and large beds with anatomic mattresses. Rooms are available as double rooms, triple rooms and family rooms; naturally single guests are also welcome. Although the hotel is relatively new, (opened in 2001), the rooms and bathrooms have been renovated several times to maintain the constant high standard. WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
Our reception is at our guests’ disposal 24/7. Our staff will be glad to help book excursions or a dinner table for our guests, or other services. Of course they will also be able to answer any questions you might have and give useful advice and information about Split.

Judita Palace Heritage Hotel

The hotel is located in a spacious 16th-century aristocratic palace on the main city square, only 50 meters from the western entrance to Diocletian’s Palace. The space emanates its own inherent and unique charm, and each of the 19 bedrooms witnesses the history as well as the time ahead. Exceptional attention has been paid to the preservation and restoration of the original details found during the reconstruction and which are of invaluable cultural and historical importance. Judita Palace is an ideal place for anyone who wants to stay in the center of events and feel the rhythm of the city and at the same time it is a sanctuary for anyone who wants to take a break from the city crowds. Surrounded by centuries-old walls and bell towers, unobtrusive yet magnificent in its beauty of carved stone and renaissance beams, it guarantees an unforgettable experience for every guest regardless the reason of their stay.

Hotel Residence Stine

Residence Stine is located in the very heart of Split in the city district called Varoš. This historical part of the city from the late 17th century, just next to the Diocletian's Palace, offers a great sight of pedestrian streets, several significant churches, and Marjan Hill. Varoš was developed by fishermen and peasants who came to Split to earn a living and seek shelter. This fascinating neighborhood is more like a typical island town with traditional Dalmatian stone houses and narrow streets. A perfect place to wander and feel the typical Mediterranean way of life! The Diocletian’s Palace was built 1700 years ago as the first summer residence in the world. Today it is the heart of the city, a monument to cultural heritage, and one of the best-preserved late antique villas under the protection of UNESCO.
